Trust in the Lord

SATURDAY WORK DAYS - We are in need of people willing to help do what needs to be done for the renovation of our new building; there is a lot of painting and other work needed. We will work this Saturday, the 28th, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Just show up at the building and look for Ben Patterson to see what he needs you to do. Thanks so much!!! (The new building is across the street from Agape House at 230 S. Main St.)

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding;” Proverbs 3:5

Prayer Requests:

~For wisdom and discernment for the staff as we evaluate prospective new students for our program. The need is great for this program, and our numbers are increasing to the point where we have to consider whether we can actually take on a new student, or put them on a waiting list. Often it is difficult to ask girls to wait for an opening! We are also facing another dilemma, as we are overflowing the 15-passenger van.

~For God’s provision for all the services that we provide, especially as we expand at this time. As a faith-based ministry, may we trust in the Lord to provide all the resources and finances needed to accomplish His work.

~Please pray that each of the girls will trust in the Lord with all their hearts and lean not on their own understanding.

Praise Reports:
~For the office supplies donated recently: staplers, paper cutter, 3-hole punch, tape dispensers, dry erase markers/erasers, and dry erase boards. God is so good – He is already supplying us with our needs for our new counseling center (before we even think of all of our needs)!
