April 15th Update !!

Agape Home and School for Girls to host Spring Fashion Show and Afternoon Tea at Calvary Community Church

The Agape House, a 501 ( c ) 3 home and school for girls located in Walworth will be hosting a Spring Fashion Show and Afternoon Tea at Calvary Community Church in Williams Bay on Sunday, May 3rd from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. Fashions from Fit for a Queen, Anne Klein, Jones New York Factory Store, Bradley’s Department Store in Delavan, and others will be modeled by students, parents, and other supporters of Agape House. Jewelry will be provided by Jeannie’s Jems and the models will have hairstyles courtesy of Styles Unlimited in Walworth.
Tickets are available by calling the Agape office at 262-275-6466. The cost is $10 for adults, $5 for children under 16, and a discounted rate of $60 for a table of 8.

This makes a GREAT mother's day gift, or a way for your business or small group to sponsor a table and then invite friends !

Wisdom for accepting new girls into the program - we currently have three in the application process

We are in need of respite workers to relieve the houseparents - can be an individual or a couple.

We are asking for donations of some of the girls "favorite things", that we reward them with from time to time:

Skittles candy

Cans or bottles of diet coke

Also gift cards in suggested $5.00 increments from the following; these the girls can use to purchase needed items or as incentives:

We enjoyed a time of corporate prayer today, April Fool's...because we know that God uses the foolish things of this world to confound the wise. As we joined; staff, students, board members we just enjoyed the manifest presence of God.

We are so grateful for those of you that are the hands and feet of Jesus, as you minister to Agape through your faithful giving and prayers.
